Fred Old Greenwich is a women’s clothing and accessories boutique on Sound Beach Avenue in Old Greenwich, Connecticut, with a sister location in Westport. SpoonWorks’ relationship with Fred spans two chapters.

From late 2017 through 2022, SpoonWorks led marketing and communications for both the Old Greenwich and Westport stores — developing fashion photography and videography, social media content, copywriting, graphic design, and charity event programming. During that time, we helped design and lead sales events benefiting local causes including Kids in Crisis, Danita’s Children, Mothers for Others, B*Cured, the Greenwich United Way, and more. We also directed and produced two spring fashion shows with silent auctions at Chelsea Piers CT, raising funds for the Chelsea Piers Scholarship Fund.

In June 2024, SpoonWorks returned as communications director for the Old Greenwich store, managing Instagram content strategy, Reel production, brand campaigns, and copywriting. Current work includes styling shoots, brand features, and content that captures what Fred Old Greenwich does best — helping women with full lives feel like the best version of themselves.
